                               RESOLUTION NO. 20558
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONSERVATION SERVICES AGREEMENT -
                   YEAR TWO WITH THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND, A
                   NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, TO ACT AS THE CITY'S
                   CONSULTANT WITH RESPECT TO THE GREENWAY
                   NETWORK.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Conservation Services Agreement - Year Two with The
       Trust for Public Land, a non-profit corporation, to act as the
       City's consultant with respect to the Greenway Network.
